I had a laborer install a saltillo tile floor and he sealed it before it was dry, turning many tiles white.
I called Arizona Tile & Grout to help rescue this other person’s poor work. Rather than telling me I needed to have the floor stripped and resealed (one company gave me a $1300 bid to do this), Rob suggested staining the discolored tiles and properly sealing the floor.
He was very knowledgeable and responsive and I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive solution. Eric, who did the work, was very prompt, friendly, clean, efficient, and did a great job.
The floor looks beautiful and I definitely recommend Arizona Tile & Grout!
